You can know exactly what to do — and still be unable to move.
If that’s happening, it doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means something else is going on.
Lately I’ve been hearing this from thoughtful, capable people everywhere — and feeling it myself.
“I know what I need to do.”
“I’m not confused.”
“I even have a plan.”
“And yet… I can’t seem to move.”

Still on the path — just moving at the pace integration requires.
Most people assume this means a lack of discipline or motivation. But more often than not, it’s overload — grief, sustained stress, and constant pressure without enough nourishment. Clarity can still be present while the capacity to act goes temporarily offline.
This isn’t a personal failure. It’s a signal.
This is exactly the territory my Healing the Wanting work addresses — the space between knowing and doing, where pressure quietly replaces nourishment.
And for those wondering what comes next:
This exploration is continuing.
You won’t be left alone with this.
There will be a place to work with it more deeply.
If you want a grounded place to begin, the Healing the Wanting Foundation Trilogy is the starting point
