The Capacity Calibrator — Find Out What You Can Actually Take On Right Now

Most of us calibrate our commitments to who we wish we were, or who we were last year, or who we think we should be by now. We say yes to the version of us that has unlimited energy — and then the real, current, actual person is the one who has to carry it. That gap is where burnout lives.

The Capacity Calibrator helps you close it. You take an honest inventory of what's already on you — the visible loads and the invisible ones, the obligations and the drains — and the tool gives you a clear read on the capacity you actually have available right now. Not your aspirational capacity. Your real one, today.

With that number in hand, the next "can you take this on?" stops being a guess or a reflex. You can see whether a yes fits — or whether it's a yes you'll be paying for later.

What's inside:

• A guided inventory of what's genuinely on you now, seen and unseen
• A clear read on your real, current capacity — not the version you wish you had
• A reference point you can hold up against the next request before you answer
• A way to tell the difference between "I don't have room" and "I'm afraid to say no"
• Nothing stored, nothing shared — recalibrate as often as your life changes

This is a discernment tool, not a permission slip or a limit to hide behind. It won't make your choices for you. It gives you an honest reading of your own capacity so your commitments match your actual life — and you stop over-promising against energy you don't have.

Runs in any browser, on any device. Nothing to install. Come back and recalibrate whenever the load shifts.
