Bring Meaning Makers to Your Group
For Teams, Associations & Organizations
Meaning Makers also comes to groups.
When an organization wants to bring this experience to their people — a leadership team, a group of members, a staff — the work stays exactly what it is. The same guided small-group sessions. The same caps: up to 20 in an introductory session, 10 in an ongoing cohort. Small by design, because this only works when everyone in the room is actually present.
There are two ways to bring it in:
Your leadership team does the work together. The leaders themselves are in the room, going through the experience as a group.
You sponsor a group of your people, and leadership stays out of the room. Your staff or members go through it together without anyone above them present — which is often what lets them speak freely.
Some organizations do both: leaders go through it first, then sponsor their people. Leaders who’ve done the work themselves tend to protect the space better when they bring it to others.
Most groups are virtual, so you can gather people wherever they are. For groups local to the Eugene and Corvallis area, in-person is also possible.
Pricing depends on format and group size, so it starts with a conversation — a conversation, not a pitch. Tell us a little about your group and we’ll be in touch to talk it through.
