For many of us, 2024 was an extremely challenging year. It was for me, too.
Someone on Bluesky said that 2024 was like undergoing surgery without anesthesia — and I bet you know exactly what he means.

Over the past few days, I’ve taken some time to reflect. Renew, Recharge. It’s been absolutely necessary for my sanity. I highly recommend it.
Having the freedom to come back home to myself, free from all the chaos and commotion of the outer world, is precious. It feeds me and brings me insights I have a harder time discovering when I’m exposed to the “noise.”
Soon I’ll be gathering all the insights I’ve had during the last part of 2024, and share them with you — because I think they are going to be extremely helpful to you as you navigate the rough waters of 2025. Watch for an announcement soon.
I’ve put some of my projects on hold until I know my audience is ready for them. Many of you have needed a break, not wanting to add even one more thing to think about or do. I totally get it. I’ve been in those spaces myself.
But sooner or later we all want to connect, to seek what nurtures us and gives us the tools we need to be our best. That’s what will be waiting for you when you’re ready.
Because the world needs you — to show up and be your very best — even while you’re still healing, still doing your inner work. We all are called to do that deep work AND to connect with each other when we feel ready. The crises aren’t going to wait until we are completely ready. We’ll be building the plane on the way down the runway into takeoff. And that’s going to work just fine, believe it or not. Because each of us carries a precious piece of the puzzle. We needs the one YOU have, to make the whole thing work.
And one of the gifts I bring is to help you show up in your whole truth. Not a watered down version of you. Not the you that your parents wanted, or your friend or partner. The you that your soul wants you to be. That’s the person I help. That’s the person I coach and guide into the greatness that is your destiny.
Because I see you. And because you’ve been waiting for just the right moment to shine.
But here’s a secret. There is no right moment. You get to shine right now, whether you feel ready or not. We all are called. Will you answer?
